I trained with Alex from early 2012 until mid-2020, and I can't emphasize enough how skilled of a coach he is. Alex had a unique approach that combined various techniques to create a well-rounded fitness regimen. He seamlessly integrated strength exercises with stamina and flexibility drills, drawing from his basketball coaching experience to incorporate agility, lateral movement, and speed drills. Unlike trainers solely focused on building muscle bulk, Alex aimed to develop strength that could be effectively utilized.
When I first started with Alex, my fitness level wasn't great, with a BMI around 20%. However, after approximately a year of working out with him, I managed to reduce my BMI to less than 12%.
